BTW, the Babbitt lawsuit was filed long before Trump's 2nd term. The case was slow walked because of the Biden administration. Some of the people arrested didn't enter the capitol but were arrested anyways. I considered going to the protest because the election was rigged. Man I'm glad that I didn't go or I would've ended up on a DOJ/FBI watch list.

they got millions because trump is trying to whitewash what happened that day. the cop was not in the wrong and was cleared by law enforcement and the DOJ. the officer did what he had to do to protect the lives of sitting members of congress from a violent mob of trump supporters who were incited to insurrection by the president. they were assaulting police officers, threatening to hang the vice president and calling for violence against public officials. walking through the halls of our capitol literally hunting down politicians. these are the scum that you and trump are defending.

again, trumpers are lucky that the cop showed the restraint he did. we all know if it was a mob of antifa or liberals that the body count would have been much, much higher. every single one of them would have been prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and they definitely wouldnt have gotten a pardon from the president.

we were specifically talking about people who assaulted law enforcement. you say you believe in "laws", but support a president who pardoned people who beat up cops. you said they shouldnt have been pardoned, but that they served more time than they should have. how much jail time do you think someone should get for assaulting cops?
