    Biden signed the bill into law and Trump was president when the terms under which Intel was going to receive the funding and when was developed to include an equity stake. A real bipartisan effort. The government should have been totally hands off from jump.
    It is just like it, actually. To pretend that negotiating under what conditions Intel gets free money is somehow more coercive that passing a law that says if you don't negotiate with the Department of Health and Human Services using the guidelines they set up and relying on the metrics they choose then you can be taxes at 95% is ridiculous. Both are massive intrusions of the government into private businesses. One is mandatory and the other voluntary.
    Sadly the Democrat Congress did approve the new taxes under Biden.
    It does bother me. All tax raises bother me. That's what you don't seem to understand (because you are 100% a partisan). It doesn't penetrate for you that I don't like Republicans or Democrats.

    But if it was, Trump would have no choice and would have to invoke the Insurrection Act of 1807. All political opposition leaders (aka half of the entire country) would be rounded up and killed on the spot, as summary judgment demands. What would get Left Behind ℠? Conservative Nirvana.

    For all of you nitwits here who say "well, Trump is only following through on his promises ...", it is time for you to FIND and to PUT ON your critical thinking caps.
