If this poll is even to be believed... that's about 15 percentage points higher than the Democrat approval level. The economy is strong -- GDP growth is robust, inflation is historically low (gasoline prices very low), and the consumer is very strong. Stock market near all time highs.

And they are overwhelmingly loving Trump... as evidenced by the stock market gains and investment flowing into the USA. They are voting with their dollars... not answering a phone telemarketer. First time this term that his overall approval rating went under 38%, I believe. It's been steadily between 38 and 40 until now.

Republican approval remains steadfast at 77%. I don't expect much change there, but maybe some more independents have seen enough?
