This is correct. Once they had strong interest in Tucker - they attempted to find a good deal for Framber but the offers were tepid. They also listened during the season and the interest wasn't as strong as some would think. Framber is high maintenance and there are concerns around the league about his ability to adapt quickly to a new situation.
