Two worlds colliding. I was excited. You were there. And, they will never tear us apart.

Trailer looks pretty awesome...but man I really have grown to dislike Jared Leto. Hopefully he doesn't drag this down too much.

IMO he’s too cool for the average Joe. Super handsome Oscar winning rock star model named Jared. And he comes off a tad pretentious.

    It’s Morbin’ time!

Good question. His joker attempt maybe?
He was okay in the newish Bladerunner, I thought, but he just had to act cold and removed. Limited, underplaying rolls would be best for him to recover, I think. But his agent seems to work wonders and keep getting him gigs.

He was never cool. He just sucked less than Marky Mark from the funky bunch as an actor.

Welp...my first introduction to Jared was as Prefontaine. So, I'm always going to think he's cool but that's just me. Same with Billy Crudup...the other Prefontaine and legendary "Stillwater" guitarist.

No maybe about it, that's the answer

    Disagree. He was good in:

    Fight Club
    American Psycho
    Requiem for a Dream
    Panic Room
    Dallas Buyer's Club

Saw it in IMAX 3D with Dolby. Outstanding, the visuals in the Tron franchise are some of the best in Sci Fi all time imo.

Enjoyed the story, Ares and the antagonist, won't drop any spoilers but fans of the franchise should like it. Definitely recommend seeing it on a big screen, 3D if possible.

Yeah it's visually stunning and the soundtrack is excellent. Beyond that I'd consider it pretty average and not as good as Legacy. In fact, I felt it indirectly rehashed elements of Legacy's plot rather than push the narrative forward. And aside from Gillian Anderson and Jared Leto, I found the characters and performances a bit annoying. Athena was solid too, but she reminded me of Clu. Story was pretty predictable and the macguffin was silly, even for a macguffin.
Didn't help I saw it in 4DX and the constantly shaking seats was more jarring and distracting than immersive. That was a letdown after seeing Top Gun Maverick in the same format and loving the added effects.
