    Letitia James cheated to obtain lower interest rates -- this is a simple case and the evidence is overwhelming. It was LIBERALS in Virginia who said 'yes' to the indictment.

    Erik Seibert, a MAGA supporter, had been a federal prosecutor in Virgin since 2010

    Trump had tasked him to prosecute Letitia James/Schiff/Comey. Seibert had indicated that there is insufficient evidence for prosecution. then, the dotard claimed that he had fired Seibert.

    Trump proceeded to announce this DEI hire as Seibert's replacement, White House aide Lindsey Halligan,
    who has no prosecution experience.

    her lack of experience is such that, for the Comey indictment, she submitted it without the required signatures.

    You are reduced to personal insults because you cannot mount a fact-based argument. Please speak to the evidence in this case -- how could one possibly believe James is innocent here? The evidence is black and white -- very straightforward.

    Hypocrite much? Trump himself has a mountain of illegal activities, with much more evidence of them. He is the criminal and convicted felon here

    Yeah, the American voting public didn't buy your argument at all. Nor should they. Fake crimes -- a political persecution. Novel legal theories... No evidence... Trump didn't handle the accounting bookkeeping entry... a misdemeanor magically transformed into 34 felonies... for a "crime" that others have been punished by a small fine for a campaign finance violation. It just doesn't pass the critical thinking test.

    An impartial jury decided that Trump is a convicted felon. He is a criminal. There are no ifs or buts. They saw the evidence, heard both sides arguments, and ruled that Trump broke the law.

    LOL -- an impartial jury in a liberal stronghold (Manhattan)... and with an extreme liberal activist judge and DA. It's why the case was brought! To take advantage of their homefield advantage (liberal bias).

    Perhaps you also think the all-white juries in the South in the 1800's were "impartial juries"?

    Trump, the owner of his companies, signed off on the false financial statements, many bankers
    who had lend $$ to Trump co relied on those fasified financials

    A bookkeeping error that Trump didn't make -- he's not the bookkeeper!

    The banks were paid back in full and suffered no damages whatsoever... and did their own homework on the subjective valuation... and offered no objection to it. This was a political hit job pure and simple. Using the justice system as a weapon against Trump. Thankfully for this country, it backfired in grand fashion!
