A win is a win...but in terms of power rankings.... there is a difference between winning three against Detroit, SA and Minnesota on the road than winning three against Chicago, Charlotte and Atlanta at home.
Carter has always been clutch... one of the most clutch players in the league... I don't think him making that shot is just luck. The fact that Randolph was killing them down low and they still pulled out a win means that they are a good team. The league already knows how to play each and every team out there... knowing how to play them is one thing.. doing it is another. I think they can grab the 3 spot... if not the 3 then the 5 spot out in the east. Remember the Pistons and Pacers are in the same division. One will be seeded first.. the other will end up being 4th.
I don't agree with that; nonetheless, considering the division their in, the Raptors are potentially, as a previous poster has mentioned, 3rd seed contender. Randolph tends to kill the Raptors, due to an inexperienced front court. He did it last year as well, Bosh had a horrible game, as he seems to always do vs. the Blazers. I'm not going to mark your words, just because you say so; you really haven't convinced me. Point being, the Raptors have a solid team; a team to contend.
That's what they said in Bad News Bears II. Buttermaker was gone, Lupus was out for the season... the guys were still cocky about their run the year before. But what happened? Who stepped up ? That's right, Kelly Lee. He drove the Van to the Astrodome, and drove the team home to victory against all odds. Never, I say NEVER, bet against Kelly. Considers this your first warning Jeff.
