DOGE is officially dead, eight months before originally intended--according to OPM, it no longer exists as a "centralized entity."

One of the greatest failures in modern government. Not only did it not save any money, it left massive inefficiencies and created human misery and death on a vast scale. Not surprisingly, government spending was not only higher in FY 2025, but higher than projected when Trump was inaugurated.

Of course, the goal of DOGE was never efficiency. Instead, it was aimed at crippling government oversight of industry, destroying government functions that Musk did not like (for whatever reason), and the stealing of our public datasets. So I guess when you look at it that way, it's a big success.

There better be a huge plank in the next Democratic Party platform for forensic accounting and IT security reviews of every agency DOGE touched.

I do wonder if Dems in Congress or some Democratic group is currently gathering evidence on all these Trump regime criminals, ICE officers, etc

along with a database of every single change this regime has done no matter how small

there will be so many prosecutions that need to take place and so much damage to undo, and the time to start gathering evidence and thinking about how you’ll undo everything won’t be after you regain power

we see how fast this regime is moving…it’s because they had everything planned out beforehand, and they had spent years doing it

Project 25. It was all there.

As for prosecuting, that’s only if Trump doesn’t issue mass pardons on the way out. The only way I see this happening is a sudden change in the presidency.

They need to be focused on potential state crimes against this lawless administration where applicable but they'll probably be on some let's move forward together bullshit. If they do that I'll never vote Democrat again...

We may never fully know what systems DOGE accessed, what code they deployed, which security protocols they modified, or where sensitive data ended up. The audit trail, if one even exists, could take years to untangle. One thing is certain: it's a cybersecurity nightmare that should never be allowed to happen again.

But Musk was 100% transparent, like how he's a free speech absolutist. I wonder if people are still falling for it.

We? no we do not know anything. Its highly sensitive data that WE are not privy to nor should we be.

However you will have to explain why they (whoever they would be) wouldn't know this information. Or is this wild baseless speculation?
