Grand Jury indictments are easy to get. It is exceedingly rare for a Federal Grand Jury to not indict.

Not in a blue district for a blue political figure. The evidence in this case is damning. And I expect additional charges to be added.

    GOOD DAY

Here is the entire text of the body of the indictment:

I guess from context that Person 1 is Donald Trump and Person 3 is Daniel Richman. Person 2 must be Andrew McCabe, though they don't talk about him here.

I can no longer be angry at Joe Biden for the pardons he gave on the way out. We are on a slippery slope.

    Thats pretty much it.

Said 2018 investigation and report which happened under Trumps first term by the Department of Justice's Office of the Inspector General (OIG) concluded that "the overwhelming weight of evidence supported Comey's version of the conversation and not McCabe's" concerning a media leak.

Key findings from the OIG report where as follows:

McCabe admitted to investigators that he authorized FBI officials to share information with the Wall Street Journal about an ongoing investigation related to the Clinton Foundation shortly before the 2016 presidential election.

The OIG report found that McCabe repeatedly misled investigators, including under oath, about his role in the disclosure.

The OIG's investigation found that the evidence overwhelmingly supported Comey's testimony that he had not authorized the leak and was unaware that McCabe had done so.

This report served as the basis for Attorney General Jeff Sessions to fire McCabe in March 2018, just before his scheduled retirement.

This report will weigh heavy in this trial if it even makes that far. This trial could easily be dismissed in pretrial by a selective prosecution dismissal which trump loaded that gun with all his tweets but especially the one he posted to Bondi on September 20th. I believe that was the supposed dm he accidentally tweeted out to the public.

The judge could also dismiss due to lack of evidence in pretrial as well. Remember you already had several Trump lawyers already worry over this. Aside from a not guilty verdict this is also a primary reason for them to worry about that.

As per reports U.S. District Judge Michael Nachmanoff has been assigned to this case and Trump's already off to a running start labeling him as a "Crooked Joe Biden appointed Judge" before the judge has even opened his mouth. That alone should tell you Trump knows where this case is heading.

Talk about a weaponized DOJ look no further than the orange faced revenge crazed lunatic himself. Loyalty of me or you're fired! I want revenge! I hate Democrats! I hate everyone who prosecuted me!

He has his die-hard loyalists as AG, leading the FBI, and a Trump partisan Supreme Court.

As if Bondi, Patel, and Bongino aren't bad enough, most of the 93 U.S. attorney offices are now being led by interim leaders. Many have displayed far more obedience to Trump, and his desire for retribution, than full-time U.S. attorneys have ever shown to presidents they served under. The retribution campaign has started folks.

Trump's personal attorney who has never prosecuted a case, Lindsey Halligan on Thursday secured the indictment of former FBI Director James Comey three days after Trump ousted an experienced prosecutor to install Halligan on a temporary basis.

John Sarcone, first-time prosecutor, and long time Trump loyalist, investigating New York Attorney General Letitia James, another Trump foe Leticia James.

Trump's personal attorney, with no previous prosecutorial experience, Alina Habba, is prosecuting a Democratic member of Congress who was attempting to conduct an oversight visit at an immigration detention center.

Trump's pick for Nevada U.S. attorney, Chattah was the Republican nominee for state attorney general doesn't hold back her racist remarks, but says she isn't a racist of course.

Ford won the race for the top seat in the Nevada race for attorney general's office against Sigal Chattah in 2022. Chattah’s campaign was embroiled by controversy in the months leading up to the election, including accusations of racism and transphobia.

Chattah, according to a text message made public by a former friend, declared Ford, a Black man, “should be hanging from a f–king crane.” She dismissed allegations the comment was racist, saying in her defense it was merely a common phrase in her native Israel.

But, no surprise that Nevada Republican Party chairman Michael McDonald said Trump and Attorney General Pam Bondi “have the warrior they need in Nevada. Sigal will rigorously advocate for the President’s priorities and investigate corruption throughout the Silver State.”

Trump doesn't even try to hide his corruption, conflicts of interest, racism, abuse of power, incompetence, and lack of integrity any more. He is surrounding himself with a bubble of protection by loyalists willing to cover his back, and start taking action against anyone and everyone Trump wants to go after.

The key here to put pressure on these people is to basically make it so that Halligan cannot practice law (outside of FL) because that is something within the control of the states

I read she did the GJ proceeding herself (which means she could not find anyone to do it) and also that she probably lied to the jury.

She needs to be held accountable by state bar committees and EDVA
