    I don't know what one would consider true elasticity. Some things are more sensitive to changes in price than others. I'm sure there are some healthcare services that have little or no demand elasticity to price (a diabetic is going to have to by insulin, whatever it costs). Going to the emergency room because you have a cough would probably respond strongly to changes in price.
