Having a college degree don't mean squat nowadays, you should know that. I just turned twenty years-old and I am graduating in May with a degree in Computer Engineering and two minors in French and Athletic Training. If it weren't for my repeating ACL injuries, you might have known me as the second Chinese-born NCAA-I basketball player since Ma Jian. Not bad for a peanut brain, huh? I wasn't the only one picking on your English, as you may have already seen, there are plenty of people made a case out of "ball". It's stupid now, I shouldn't have started my argument that way. I wish you to a bright future, sir. Enough about that. Yao shows his dominance on the stat sheet. Dunks don't mean dominance, and sadly, that is how Amare Stoudamire became the ROY. And did I just see Yao Ming tearing up the stat sheet against the Kings tonight? You wanna start Deke at center? You wanna trade Yao? Go ahead! Trade him to the Pacers, so that way I don't have to cheer for the Rockets on 2/11/05! Don't ever take Yao for granted!

I am sooooo glad to see the return of Yao to shut up someone. He has a great heart I never doubt. In the final minutes of the game we all see that who could be Rockets' real on court leader.

I am just sad to read a few offensive comments to Yao from this rockets bbs, just 3 games with a little elbow injury, OK?

In addition, 2-2 for the season start is acceptable considering Detroits, Kings and Grizzles are respectable opponents.

If you're graduating with a degree why the hell you have a problem differentiate the meaning of the word ball and balls...when the subject of the discussion had nothing to do with spelling. You should minor in Chinese instead of French, then maybe you won't have problem understand its meaning even if it is mispelled.

Actually minor in English, not Chinese since you're a Chinese.

I think most people posting negatives about yao in this thread are not Yao haters. He DID play like a wuss in the first three games. Criticizing your underperfoming star player does not make you a hater right?

I personally get really annoyed at yao haters/flamers/attention whores. But I think in this thread at least, most people were just frustrated that yao was playing soft.

Anyway, it's great to see Yao grow 33 balls overnite. Keep growing them big men.

JediKnight come out from under that rock and apologize/give props to Yao for his performance Saturday. Your stereotyping of Asians and your silence since last night shows a lack of growing up. How old are you? I guess the next time we can expect to hear from you is when Yao has an off day.

How's that for asians being nice and passive? And if he doesn't understand the last two words, which are in mandarin, just imagine how an asian person would respond to a comment like the one Jedi has just made.

btw, Jediknight-- people are asian & objects are oriental; you should know better, afterall the words are english, not chinese.

    reptilexcq,

forget it, i give up. yao is back, whether with two balls or 33 balls, i don't freaking care. i was just trying to make fun of someone who was bashing yao. obviously, it was of bad intention and it didn't work. Ðֵܣ¬Ò»ÆðΪҦÃ÷¼ÓÓͰɣ¡

I'm sorry guys but I don't fully buy that Yao is back. I'm not a Yao hater by any means but the Kings let him dominate. Adelman is an idiot for not fronting Yao, and Weber/Miller gave Yao post postion without a fight. There is a book on Yao to stop him but the Kings didn't follow it. I still think that Van Gundy and Yao have work to do to overcome the fronting the post defenses put up aganst them.
