    His confusion and mind slips are common stuff now. Just like when he called President Zelenskyy the President of Russia and Viktor Orban an the leader of Turkey in other speeches. But yeah, he'd probably fail a geography quiz or any quiz labelling countries.

    He was doing this stuff before even winning the election....
