Man I want him to succeed but lately he looks like his Zoloft prescription has run out. To paraphrase Rudy T, we need a QB with the heart of a champion.

Some competent O line play wouldn’t hurt either.

Imagine spending this much energy to be toxic about another human being. Your post are obsession on hating. Bizarre.

Take an actual NFL Qb's advice or just accept @Bobbythegreat and the @thejav agenda's because they don't like the guy.

Worst QB in the league huh... hahahah

Strouds career was over once he wore that Mariners hat to the game.

Then followed up with a Yankees hat after fans displayed displeasure. A little weird if you ask me.

Stroud has the same manager as Watson. Wouldnt be surprised if he isnt on the roster within the next 2 years. He obviously doesnt want to be here.

The hat choices don’t matter and, also, matter a lot. He’s the face of the franchise. You give him a pass once; the second time feels intentional. I’d be cool if he wore Dodgers or Lakers gear - that’s where he’s from. But actively choosing hats that he had to know - esp the second time - were not going to sit well with the fan base… at worse, it’s immature.

Speaking of baseball hats I heard a story from Ben Affleck that during the filming of Gone Girl he was supposed to wear a Yankees hat, bc his character was living in NY. He told David Fincher ‘he’ll no!’ Cuz he’s from Boston. So they went back and forth until they decided on a Cardinals hat for the scene bc his character was from Missouri. CJ doesn’t strike me a having the emotional intelligence to read the room regarding stuff like that.

    I don't disagree.

Of course, if he was slinging the rock around like his rookie year. I don't even think this is a subject.

Right now, were tired of the antics.

To be fair, in the last 7 drafts, I think they've used four 1sts and five 2nds on offensive linemen (some to get Tunsil). The fact that the O-Line has never really improved indicates the problem is not a lack of trying but some combo of:

    1. Ability to evaluate talent
    2. Ability to develop talent
    3. Ability to get people to play cohesively

If those are problems, all the draft picks in the world aren't going to make a difference.

I love CJ, but clearly, he is not having the year he wanted, or we wanted and to be 0-3 sucks. Yes, he`s salty at his pressers but when you're losing all the dam time its hard to get upbeat BUT when you're the face of the franchise and you are about to get paid $60 million per year a ton is expected from you. For me it's hard to separate the regression from the sub quality players Nick and Demeco have surrounded him with, its obvious he has flaws compared to year one, is it regression or is he gun shy, IMO its both. It doesn't seem like he checks out of a play very often , is he still learning or is he just not up to the level he needs to be.

To be fair, this offensive scheme sucks, its on par with last year and hell we won some games last year with it. If the offense cannot click by the bye week we seriously need to look at firing the OC, and to me that would hurt CJ but what's the alternative?

I think this is a get right game and then we can take our yearly beating from the Ravens and go into the bye 1-4................PS, the bye week is WAY to early

Is CJ skittish cause he’s trying to not injure his shoulder? The one that was reported in the offseason as “shoulder soreness.”

I also think something is up to be honest with his shoulder...
