I dearly hope this holds up, not because of forcing ICE not to wear masks, but because I think it sets a great precedent that states are suddenly allowed to contravene the feds. I never would have expected @adoo to be a state's rights guy, but good for you.
If they are in law enforcement, sure, but if not they aren't under the same rules. Government employees should be beholden to the taxpayers who pay their salaries, like the ICE MOB for instance. A karen protesting is simply exercising her 1st amendment right....not apples to apples at all chef. DD
