I still believe in CJ. I don't think his rookie year was smoke and mirrors. I think the longer he has played behind a joke of an o line, the more damage it's causing his development. This current coaching regime has failed Stroud. Ryans defense at this point isn't special either. Now hoping they get rid of Ryans sooner rather than later. He nor this current coaching staff is going to take this team anywhere.

At this point, go no huddle when they get a slight mis-match on defense (don’t allow them to substitute)… its the only time Stroud has looked in a rhythm the last 10+ games.

Going to be depressing if they get beat by Jacksonville. Would signal a complete failure of the franchise again… and I would honestly start thinking about the draft next year.

The Texans have mismanaged the roster offensively and it just sucks to watch.

The Texans never have a rhythm on offense. We saw a bit in 23 when they let Stroud gun sling but I think the head coach has coached him in to a game manager due to the defensive tendencies.

    Sucks…

Anyone not questioning why CJ now underperforms and can’t do what he did in his rookie year is delusional. Despite the issues with the OL, it’s not all on them. CJ has to make reads and make better throws.

Nobody thinks it smoke/mirrors… except idiots calling for Davis Mills.

What qualifications did Slowick and Caley have on every other OC in this league?

How was that a “dangerous” pass? Right in Collins bread basket. He dropped it.

Guys I think there’s a real chance the Texans are going to be bottom feeder this year and I’m starting to regret buying a stroud jersey

Another sack as CJ holds the ****ING BALL too long.

    Seam was wide open.

Their D is not even that good, CJ just is SO SLOW at making his decision......

    PLAY MILLS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone knows our O line sucks

But why does he hold on to the ball so long.

    Good God

We need quicker plays for him

I feel this team is going to turn him in to David Carr 2.0. Horrible build up to the offense for a rookie QB. It really is not fair to him.

Damn, we’re entering 1st pick conversation territory now. And, again, I’m detecting a lot of players giving less than max effort….sign of a team that may have quit already

He’s waiting for 20 yard routes to develop… just idiocy throughout.

I’m beginning to think Bobby was actually a miracle worker that first season.
