I think ATW posted a sort of "farewell" post on twitter to tell why he was gone. It seemed that he was originally self-exiled and then eventually banned. I think he claimed that there was some exchange between him and Clutch behind the scene. I don't recall Clutch telling his side of the story.
He wasn't banned. He stepped away from Clutchfans. When someone mentioned he was banned at the time, I made a post asking what for incredulously, because I didn't want one of the only other Sengun realists from the early days gone. It was hilarious always seeing the new stats ATW would always post which constantly proved how good Sengun was. He then messaged me and said he wasn't banned, but rather stepped away to focus on other ventures in his life.
It wouldn't surprise me if he had something else going on outside of CF tbh. Towards the end he was even attacking the other Jalen fans a lot of the time, it got pretty wild.
If that’s the case I wholeheartedly support his choice, Clutchfans is supposed to be fun and if him being on here was taking time away from actual important things he had going on, stepping away was definitely the right choice. I do miss his constant stream of Alpi, though. I actually really enjoyed them
I am really disappointed in how Sengun spent his last two summers, partying 90%, recording stories 10%, also bashing NBA legends without any success to hide behind, 100% if NBA management had not forced Giannis to share that recovery post, Sengun would still be sending racist idiotic posts. Without winning anything. He lost to Schroeder in the last two minutes. He never won anything. Yet his ego is sky high. His crying to refs is sky high. I was a SOF, now I dont like him any more. SOF's will curse me. I am from Antalya, Turkey. His behavior has so many deep holes, it will be very hard to create a strong product. Marketing his covered mom while dating an ex stripper, praying muslimwise while drinking and partying every evening.. this is Hedo written all over it. He has peaked. and I do not like him anymore. One of the two: Either he is a SOF listing all the absurd thoughts some haters throw towards Alpi and trying to underline and demonstrate all of the absurdity - which should be a cosmic level trolling, Or a fan who, say, was simply denied an autograph or something by Alperen himself.
I don't think that he is a troll. Just your average hyper toxic Turkish sports fan who identities so much with a player to the point that he starts to hate them.
That is why a person should have multiple hobbies, ......diversification. Mental health is also an underrated topic.
This is unfortunately so true. People do that with athletes, actors, musicians, comedians, politicians... Whoever they like is impeccable, as long as they like and the moment they don't like the person anymore for whatever reason, the person is a disgrace to humanity and should burn in hell. I wasn't much different. Only approaching forty I started accepting, not just by words by truly accepting, that it cannot be just that black and white. It sure is not a phenomenon that can be observed only among my countrymen, but it is also true that we tend to have the flaw more often than not.
If you ever message with him again, let him know we miss his input and he can strike a balance between our message board and other priorities/interests. I'm an original 99er, but had a career and family that made me a lurker for many years. It's only been in the last decade where I've picked up my interaction. Like everything balance is key. Cheers!
I don't know the guy, so I don't want to say he lied, but I think he was just saving face with that statement. Nobody who spends time in that sewerage called x can honestly claim that they are leaving Clutchfans or any other forum, because they have to prioritize other things.

He was banned after a back and forth with Clutch. Clutch refunded his contributions to the site. He did post here again under another username for a little while after he was banned but that username got banned too. I am not sure if Clutch figured it out, like I did, or if he and Clutch got into it again under his new username.
