Doesn’t look good for OL next year. At least in the first. Seems heavy on the DL and LB tho. We will be picking in the mid teens I reckon.

I will say that one Alabama OT Proctor is projected as a first, Bama fan base does not like him tho. Another Alex Leatherwood. Watch us reach and grab him bc SEC.

Hold them to 14 or less, and still probably lose.

0-0 game in the 4th. Texans score 7-0. Dolphins immediately tie it. Texans score another touchdown, miss extra point 13-7. Dolphins immediately score 14-13. Texans lose.

It’s very frustrating that the Bucs drove down and scored after each Texans touchdown, like yeah great giving up 17 a game I guess hurray defense! This defense was supposed to be next level and it’s just not.

From the way Saints played last game...we would probably lose to them also

Y’all are acting like the Bucs and Rams aren’t playoff teams and they just lost to two bum ass teams. Had a chance to win both games.

I don’t think this Texans team is good by any means but they aren’t terrible either. I’d bet this team ends up with 8 or 9 wins with a slight chance for 7 or 10 depending on how the division performs - it’s hard to say what the Colts and Jaguars are going to be as of now.

Lol, yeah but I'm looking for some hope. Kinda like how I'm hoping young Cole balls out for the Astros and makes 2026 look better.

As right now, I like the 1st pick but cant understand why they didn't pick another OL and, or a RB. What's up with all of the defensive players?

    1-10 Sadiq TE, Ore
    2. Slaughter C FLA
    2. Moss RB A&M
    3. Reed- Adams OG A&M
    4. Keylan Rutlege OG Georgia Tech I would trade up into the 3rd for this guy.

These are players I've watched and like. Tough, smart football players.

Its draft season year round for me so I already have guys I am interested in for the Texans.

    1st: CJ Allen, LB Georgia
2nd: Blake Miller, OT Clemson & Zane Durant, DT, Penn State
    3rd: Gennings Dunker, OG Iowa

They have to take the RB, TE positions seriously.
And they have an extra 2nd to work with.
I'd include linemen but Nick always gets one of those in the second so no need to mention it.

It kind of is worth mentioning, since Nick usually takes the wrong lineman in the second. ;)

Ersery was a great pick in the 2nd last draft.

Agreed and that is why I said usually. Otherwise Nick is basically what, 1 for 7 in picking quality offensive linemen including all rounds? Nick picked some decent backups in the later rounds like Patterson. Unfortunately many of these ended up needing to be starters from day one.
