Damn folks are saying the Bucs may have let us score on that Chubb TD run.

Well looking at it now, it would of been better if he got the first down n stopped. But then again, you score a TD anytime you can, and live with your defense, which was really good in the 2nd half and almost got the stop on that 4th down. Oh well

I can't imagine giving a team that otherwise cannot find the endzone a free pass to the endzone.

Nah that doesn't make any sense. They had all 3 times outs left and if they held us to a FG, they would have had the ball back only needing a FG to win it.

Dare getting pancaked by a freaking DB should relegate him to 5th string. Dude fumbled last week and then got owned on national tv yesterday. Woody Mark should get all Dare snaps the remainder of the season.

Man just thinking back after watching that game… we’re just not really a good football team. My guess is we finish in the 6-8 win range. Everything is too difficult, it’s like pulling teeth. The offense isn’t nearly good enough and the defense is vastly overrated and frankly not schemed well. The team is poorly coached, commits way too many penalties, and our QB has a **** attitude.

Could we win 10-11 games? Sure but it’s gonna take us going like 9-2 in one score games bc the Texans aren’t blowing anyone out. Nobody. It’s going to be scratch and claw for every single game. It’s just not a recipe for sustained success. I’m over the “swarm” mentality, it’s just a euphemism for undisciplined football.

I want an offensive minded coach. So unless they are ever going to get off their ass and hire an experienced offensive coordinator then I don’t see any huge turnarounds, and Caley isn’t getting fired after one year. It’s just so disappointing so much promise after a year, even mid way last year and now we are basically back to square one bc we have a GM that assembled a super imbalanced team, flippant approach to the running back and offensive line room, a head coach that doesn’t seem to think the offense is his responsibility, and a quarterback that has plateaued in his development bc we hire jackass newbies to teach him how to play football in the NFL. It’s just gross.

Deshaun Watson used to make the offensive line look better, cj doesn’t.

So do I! I want an offensive minded coach and a great OC both! I have no problem with DeMeco as Defensive Coordinator, but don't like him as head couch. Our offensive line struggles get old, and so do the penalties. Many of those penalties could and should be avoided, especially grabbing face masks. We need more discipline from both coaching and players. That, and our inability far too many times to convert on 3rd down, adjust to the defense, or score touchdowns in the red zone gets old.

Special Teams are the only ones that played well last night.
Defense got sliced and diced the entire first half, adjusted well the second half, but then choked a fat one on the final drive.
Offense is just straight ass. As Eric Gordon once said "there's been no improvement."

I mentioned it during the game, but Stingley was in dude's hip pocket all game. I think Evans beat him once early on a crossing route where there may have been a pick play involved

In his first year, we thought CJ, the ball-placement specialist, made them all look better, the WR and the OL. Apparently, now they are all trash who can't ever help CJ and can never be where the ball-placement-specialist puts the ball.

Landry just baited Demeco into telling him the Oline is bad. lmao.
    Sneaky Landry.

Demeco:" This is the nfl. you have to block the man in front of you."

If Landry hadn't framed it the way he did, Meco would have just given
    "we got to play harder"

ha. Aaron Wilson got Meco to wish him Happy Birthday. Keep your birthdays to yourself nobody needs to know you're about to turn 44 in 4 months!!!!

Meco also: Expect to get Kirk and Berrios back this week.
