Saw these two movies this weekend. The Kid was surprisingly very good. Bruce Willis was great in this comedic role. Harkened back to the day of Moonlighting. Scary Movie was a great spoof of the recent rash of horror movies, including spoofs of The Matrix and The Usual Suspects. Trust me when I tell you that the previews did not show all the funny parts. I saw The Kid. I was very surprised that it was that good. I also saw Chicken Run which was better than I thought. Scary Movie is next! And I saw Me, Myself and Irene again and I laughed even HARDER this time. I saw Scary Movie today and it lived up to its hype, it was pure laughs. But, I think they went a little too far with some of the jokes, I almost choked on my popcorn watching some of those sick scenes. I have a feeling the washroom scene is going to give me nightmares for weeks. Also, the ending was kind of a downer. But Besides that, hilarious movie, and the Usual Suspects parody was cool. I haven't seen Me, Myself and Irene yet but I've heard good reviews. The Patriot and The Nutty Professor 2 look good as well. Azim da Dream ------------------ We don't live for the destination. I just saw it. I personally didn't think it was that funny -- I had a tough time staying awake. It was a very rough parody of Scream and I know what you did last summer. A lot of little gags, some of which were cute. Similar to Hot Shots (which was better). As for the sick parts -- some nudity, but male. Not really any female nudity. The bathroom scene was borrowed from Porky's, sort of. A lot of pot smoking thrown in. If you enjoyed the Kid, You probably won't like this one. BTY -- It was written and directed by the Wayans Brothers -- not their best work. ------------------ Stay Cool...

Almu, I hope so. I was disappointed with Me, Myself & Irene. Of course, I was basing it on Dumb and Dumber, Kingpin, and There's Something About Mary. The Farrelly Brothers at their worst is still better than 98% of everyone else at their best.
