    Alexander getting chased early tomorrow.

I’m probably not gonna watch. It’s a trash product.

    Abreu = Dotel

I've seen enough, stop trying make him something he isn't.

Let him be awesome at what he is.

Yeah honestly didn’t even care much because I knew Walker wasn’t getting the run in regardless so what the **** does it even matter

It’s pretty remarkable how bad the offense has been since Yordan returned given how insane his slash line is since returning…

23-32 in their last 55 games. If they had started the season like that Espada may have been fired.

I think the Astros have been running on fumes for a while now. There is winning muscle memory, but while they have some ascending players like Pena and Brown many of their key players are on the downside of their careers, or time in Houston. They are checked out. Altuve goes entire months now while being a liability at the plate and field. While they have been decimated by injuries it is the sheer lack of young talent that I worry about.. That Melton is considered one of their leading prospects should make us all take to drinking whiskey in the morning.

Espada should be fired if they miss the playoffs.

The problem is when he gets extended rest, he seemingly loses the strike zone.

So predictable he'd be an adventure today after not pitching since Friday.

This doesn't explain his drop in velocity.

If it's not a dead arm then he's playing injured.

I’m surprised that posters here are still actually expecting this team to be any good at this point. I’m shocked that they’re still in this thing. The ****ing injuries are absolutely insane. Look at the list, unbelievable, and then Garcia today, comical and tragic.

Walker is just toast and continues to come up small in the biggest ABs. The big situations are finding him, they always seem to find the players struggling.

Altuve is finally looking like what we’ve seen glimpses of as of late. No surprise. (4 more years! 4 more years!)

Espada, well, it’s Espada. We all knew this team and orgs window is shrinking and aging. This is why I wanted a grizzled old vet leading the way, someone that’s been through the adversity and injuries be damned he could make the right moves in his sleep.

That’s a .418 winning pct or going 68-94 over 162 games. That should get Joe and Cintron the pink slips.

Random highlights from the past 10 seasons flashed before my eyes as Abreu gave up those runs. Knocked the f'd out.

Got to get back up and play again.

Before people start getting the pitchforks, I've never seen a team with so many injuries. Management has been spectacular this year with what they have to work with.

Let's focus on asking why our guys get hurt so much more than most teams????

These are the type of losses that give me dark thoughts like selling high on Yordan and Pena and starting a full on rebuild.

This is the most talented worst coached and worst fundamental team in Astros history.

They are flat out stupid and cost themselves game after game.

    Very frustrating to watch, TBH.

Abreu is deathly afraid of closing. You can see it in his eyes. He is mentally defeated before he even pitches. I knew he was going to lose us this game just like before.

The offense is so bad, and we have too many impatient hitters in the lineup. Its the lock of all time that Altuve, Diaz, and Duban are going to swing at the first pitch every at bat.

Abreu is a really good pitcher, but not a closer.
