Ravens pulled defeat from the jaws of victory. Big mistake not going all out to get a first down on their final possession. What a SNF opener!
Titans were so stupid not to resign Henry in their regime change for younger running backs. One of my favorite Pretty Woman scenes is the perfect example for that. I'd say that final quote is also perfect for the stupid Bills fans who left the game halfway through the 4th quarter and missed the amazing comeback win. "Big mistake. Huge!"
I was surprised to read that Lamar Jackson has only played in one AFC championship game and zero Super Bowls. He only has won 3 total games in the playoffs in his career. That is astonishing.
If you told me the NFL is scripted, I’d believe you. The national TV games in Week 1 have been lights out.
I see Mr Dominant didn't stick around for the end of the game. I understand his disappointment. One punch away.
But probably more likely by Vegas than the NFL. But cooking the golden goose is counter-productive. How many bets are placed on Pro Wrestling?
JJ McCarthy is exactly who I’ve been saying he was the minute the Vikings blew the 12th pick of the draft on him.
Ben Johnson has Caleb ‘Dyslexic’ Williams balling out. Must be nice having a legit offensive mind on staff.
Kevin O'Connell is one of my favorite NFL coaches right up there with Sean McVay. Also gotta give props to JJ MCarthy for coming back from the dead tonight after the pick-6. McConnell figured out the Bears defense while Brian Flores cracked the code on the offense (helped by Caleb coming unglued and sailing a number of passes). The turnaround in this game was stunning.
I went to bed before the comeback....................TBH I was shocked to see the Vikings came back and won
Disagree. They did him a solid by not trying to keep him in their dysfunctional franchise. Freaking getting rid of Mike Vrabel so they could hire a guy that doesn't know the NFL catch rule. My only hope is that they knew they were on a wheel of mediocrity and needed to tear it all down to suck for a QB.
