I think we are at a point where the roles of Diaz and Caratini need to switch. Caratini needs to be our regular catcher.
What a trash series. Way too many of those these days. Yordan needs to hit .800 for the offense to be respectable.
Funny you should ask, he's at 3rd base for us. Pena spoke with TBS after the game, when asked about his new stance, approach, and strategy he gave credit to no one specifically but said "a lot of people" and then said he spent most of the off season with CC......

Last 6 games Walker is 1 for 19 with 9 K’s. Yankees series Altuve 0 for 11 with 3 K’s. Altuve, Walker and Diaz….your 3,5 and 6 hitters had 1 RBI in the series!!!!
That’s exactly what they should do. With Altuve, Correa, then Walker. One of them would hit into a DP. At least one would K. Inning over.
Walker is up and down - always has been. On paper should have won 1 of 3 against the Yankees and did. If Hader was healthy we probably win tonight and win the series. Could point at Espada for why he let Javier give up 3 straight hits and let Ort implode but really - he doesn’t have a lot to work with because Sousa and Hader are hurt. Whatever- no idea what to expect in Rangers series. The Astros are capable of scoring off the Rangers staff.
So we are finally starting to feel the Hader effect. The other night with Abreu breaking down in the 9th, tonight you got Ort in there when you might have someone else if the depth chart was different. This is by far our biggest concern moving forward.
