Remember when some guys wanted to draft Anthony Richardson and Will Levis? Neither are even starters after 2 years. Both have been injury prone and just never lived up to the hype.
I have probably watched 4-5 college games in my life so the reasons i didn't want stroud were: 1. all ohio state qbs suck, 2. all qbs with initials for their 1st name suck. After like 5 games (whenever the tampa game was) it was clear to me he was a star and was gonna be my guy for 15 years, yay.

My worse fear this season is 2nd year Stroud being the real Stroud going forward..I've seen enough, 1st year Stroud was a total fluke..This guy sucks, I have ZERO confidence in this team scoring touchdowns...Stroud has so many flaws, no clue what happened to this guy, bottom tier QB if you ask me…
What do yall want him to do? Wear a jetpack so he can levitate over the defenders who all to often come at him unblocked due to a crap OLine? Heck they rush 4 and still penetrate in a second.
I don’t know what you are seeing. I see a QB that’s trying to make the best out of a bad situation. When he has time to find a receiver and to make a throw, the throw is usually on target. I see a QB that is constantly having his offensive linemen pushed into the pocket. CJ does not “suck”. It’s a real shame that he gets so little help and then some fans want to throw him under the bus.
