So close to taking 3 out of 4. But the biggest take is the 3 outings by Javier, Arrighetti and Garcia. So so huge. We are possibly clutch hitting away from really contending in the playoffs, even with the extremely questionable bullpen.

Honestly if Kimbrel forces us to use Abreu in this game, you cut him as soon as he's walking off the field.
Well it’s nice to see Kimbrel is hitting 94-95 again. He’s still got miss stuff just have to call him right behind the dish. Nobody I want to to see in leverage though.
Kimbrel can still strike people out, but he has a lot of traffic on bases (WHIP over 2). He’s been more lucky than good so far.
I agree. He’s not making a PO roster but I’m rooting for him to help us get there. He should’ve been out of there at 20 pitches but he now gives away pitches in middle of counts, thankfully he’s smart enough to know he can’t miss in the middle, it leads to walks but he then finds a way, scary.
If he is able to eat up innings with good results, I’m happy. I hope he’s not on the post season roster (and we have better options available).
he was also the one who almost blew a gasket when espada did not use hader in a closing situation that one time and come to find out hader was injured and unavailable. called espada a bunch of names. but you know he's the smartest guy in the room. we just a bunch of dumb dumb.
