Not a single dollar of the fine against Trump was upheld. Unanimous decision. Tish James' lawfare ended up with NOTHING. It was all a political stunt, and frankly, rallied support for Trump, helping propel him to victory. What an epic backfire of the liberals' dishonest scheme!

Evil, dishonest people (liberals) rarely win, folks. Yet another example here.

Whenever I want to lose a few brain cells I always jump into the D&D.

It's always hilarious seeing the liberal circle jerks go on for page after page after page - surely this time they've got Drumpf!

Crickets though when legible things actually happen (because it's always opposing their clown show).

You probably didn't start the game of life out with a full deck, don't go playing with fire now.

Some interesting excerpts from the judges opinions... Letitia James turned the New York court system into a Carnival Cruise brawl over chicken tenders. Doing lasting damage to the integrity of the legal system by using it as a political cudgel. And now she faces potential mortgage fraud charges. Is there anything in this great country that liberals cannot ruin? LMAO

    Excerpts from the Judges' Opinions
One judge wrote that James exceeded her legal authority in bringing the suit, saying that if any of Trump's lenders felt cheated, they could have sued him themselves, and none did. One judge wrote that Engoron erred by ruling before the trial began that the attorney general had proved Trump engaged in fraud.

In his portion of the ruling, Judge David Friedman was scathing in his criticism of James for bringing the lawsuit.

"Plainly, her ultimate goal was not 'market hygiene' ... but political hygiene, ending with the derailment of President Trump's political career and the destruction of his real estate business," Friedman wrote. "The voters have obviously rendered a verdict on his political career. This bench today unanimously derails the effort to destroy his business."

    Reeeeeeee

I'd be almost slightly upset if it wasnt a brain dead liberal saying that.

It would be hilarious seeing your faces if you realised just how the outside world views American liberals. But then i'd be giving you too much credit in knowing how to utilize critical thinking - a common denominator in liberals is that trait is never found.

It's ok though, I know you didn't start the game of life with a full deck, thus why you're a liberal.

The rest of the West correctly views American liberals as conservatives.

    Donald Trump and ‘selective’ prosecution
An outrageously excessive fine is thrown out in New York, with an important warning against lawfare.
    August 21, 2025 at 6:06 p.m. EDT
    Yesterday at 6:06 p.m. EDT

A New York court not known for its friendliness toward Donald Trump on Thursday threw out an outrageous judgment against him. The White House will rightly celebrate this development, but it’s also a good moment for the president’s advisers to rethink the administration’s own escalating lawfare campaign.

The appellate panel voided a $465 million fine imposed against Trump in 2024. A court had found Trump liable for inflating the value of his assets, but the judges concluded that the punishment violated the Constitution’s ban on excessive fines.

Though the judges laid out differing views, all rejected the state’s punishment of Trump. Two of the judges would have upheld the lower court’s fraud finding against Trump but voided the fine. Two of the judges would have sent the case back for a new trial because of serious errors. A fifth judge would have tossed the case altogether.

That fragmentation is partly a result of the novelty of the case concocted by New York Attorney General Letitia James (D). In 2018, she made pursuing Trump part of her campaign. This message resonated in a state Trump had lost two years earlier by 22 percentage points. But it also cast a cloud over her motives as she charged Trump with overstating the value of properties he owned to get better rates on loans and insurance. Aggressive accounting is common in the real estate business, and banks didn’t sue or lose money on the deals.

The Thursday decision comes as the Trump administration is launching its own version of show-me-the-man-and-I’ll-show-you-the-crime lawfare. “Mortgage fraud” seems to be the administration’s weapon of choice, and it has referred James, Sen. Adam Schiff (D-California) and Lisa Cook, a member of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, for criminal investigation.

Former interim U.S. attorney Ed Martin, who is now leading “weaponization” efforts at the Justice Department, posed outside James’s home for the New York Post and pledged to dig deep into her finances during an appearance on Fox News.

Trump officials would be wise to pay attention to the warning of David Friedman, the New York judge on the appeals panel most sympathetic to Trump’s arguments. Friedman argued that James’s case amounted to “selective enforcement” of a fraud statute “in retaliation for President Trump’s exercise of his First Amendment right to participate in the political process.”

Courts can mitigate the destructiveness of lawfare — but if politicians keep abusing the legal system, maybe not for long.

Democrats break a norm and get slapped down -- this keeps happening over and over. Fortunately, with the liberal media stranglehold now broken, and the public "awake and enlightened" (except liberals who still buy into the programming) the Democrats are being punished for this immoral and dishonest behavior. Trump has vanquished the Democrats in ways we never thought possible. What an amazing turn of events.
