That is coming from an adult that enjoys silly things and keeping that inner child alive.

... I mean I'm glad it's not technically an "official" video or anything. But jesus... Why is this guy popular.

Yeah, most of his followers are almost certainly not his prospective clients... My guess is he's probably selling mostly to boomers who have no idea about this side of his life. Especially if he's selling houses like the one in this video.

... Either that or he doesn't sell much of anything and gets all his income from social media. And/or a tiny handful of rich kids who like his gimmick.

 

There's no ****ing way any boomer watches his vids and says, "I like the cut of his jib, I'll buy a house from him." There's just not.

I was more looking at(or trying to) his other vids in the more modest price range in the san Antonio market from the link you provided.

Either way, 1.6mil is a lot of followers and none of them are probably boomers or millennials. I hope not anyway.

I hope so. Honestly, whoever decided to hire this guy needs to be fired, they don't have a pulse on their target audience. It was a complete disaster, they absolutely misjudged who the NBA caters too, and that includes both Toyota Center upper and lower bowl customers.

 

I thought it was a spoof and it was a bad joke even, not even April the 1st.

Pee Wee would disown him. He breaks character every few seconds and can’t even pull off a toilet joke… either time.

 

I'm pretty sure that he's skilled at pullng off on toilets......

 

That's what I'm saying. If he's selling many houses, it is most likely not to the same people who are watching his videos on social media. Boomers are probably his primary buyers, but they are probably not his primary IG or TikTok followers.
