Because in this country, you are innocent until proven guilty, there are times, you can surely say, well yes, clearly he is guilty, and you form an opinion.

We have that situation currently in the Whitehouse with Trump and Epstein, more than a few girls have come out and accused him of raping them when they were as young as 13, and testified under oath - in those cases, when you know that 95% of women who accuse others of rape are true, then sure, you know.....it still has to go through courts, but sure, you know and that is as heinous a crime as any.

In these instances, no one should ever put their hands on anyone else - that is assault - but that also includes the woman - she should be hitting or slapping a man either - this is why in domestic violence cases, I am more prone to finding out through the courts what happened as rarely do we get the full story in social media - which IMHO is destroying society.

So, I am a let the courts handle it, doesn't mean, I don't have an opinion - but I don't want to get involved in personal business - so often things are blown out of proportion or frankly lied about in these instances.

Never told this story on clutchfans since GG was so loved here, but I used to work at a gym where NBA players would go to all of the time and one time we had to kick GG out because he wanted the whole court to himself while members wanted to play full court and he was such an ahole about it even pushing us so ever since then I haven't liked him

 

even if she was hitting or slapping Gerald Green, I doubt she did anything to warrant getting lumped up like that

Here is a Gerald Green story, one of the times when he was first signed back to Houston, the team was staying in a hotel, and he is out late, he walks in, with his friend group and they are smoking pot openly and reeking of it, he got cut the next day.

I know he is a dumbass overall, a guy just not all that smart.....but he still deserves his day in court.
