Anything private equity related should always alarm you. These mega-funds are in the process of gobbling up every single small business in every sector. Competition is good.

I have to call Xfinity to cancel. Bullshit, and it ain't getting any better under Trump's 'deregulation'.

They used to be 99 cents. That wasn’t that long ago.

Yeah, I hate it when you have to actually talk to someone to do something instead of doing it online. It's 2025, you shouldn't have to talk to anyone for anything.

I was hosting a bunch of family this weekend and I was trying to order 10 pizzas (with 10 different combinations) from Dominos. Not a big deal since their website is awesome. Finally got all the right combinations into my cart and tried to submit....and got an error message. Then everything in my cart disappeared. So I tried it again 2 more times...and got error messages both times. So I had to actually CALL and place my order for 10 different pizza combinations over the phone with a real human. It felt like it was 1990 again..

Never dealt with Xfinity, but I'll give Spectrum an A+ on their person-to-person customer service. Bang "zero" two or three times and you get a person, never had to wait long, and they've been incredibly helpful the once or twice a year I actually need to call them (usually because of a question about the bill). I assume they have 1 national call center and it's based out of Georgia.
