And yet, as I say, Paredes has played plenty of 2B. He's got enough mobility to play that position. Assuming he's fully recovered. And he's still young, he should. Correa's defense has dropped off because of mobility, too. He's not some fleet footed, rangy dude. He gets by with good positioning and a cannon for an arm. All that means he's more likely to succeed long term at 3B than 2B. There's a reason why guys like Ripken, A-Rod etc moved to 3B later in their careers, and not 2B.
If Miller accepts pitching the 8th inning and it doesn't mess up his head. It could be tremendous, but we've seen first hand what happens when you have 2 elite closers on the same team.
