The worst ran organization in baseball. The almost entirely hire internally and breaking into the White Sox organization only happens if you are related to or friends with someone else already in the organization. They actually shut down their stats department and analytics department for the off season until like a year ago. The entire group literally did nothing for like 3 months.
It’s one of the reasons I’d have hope for Luis Robert breaking out. Look what happened with Andrew Vaughn. The White Sox and Rockies are the only teams left that regularly get abused on roster moves.

Not sure about that, outside of the Mason Miller trade there hasn’t been one Houston wouldn’t have been able to match or beat. Houston is just smart. They’re not going to get taken advantage of and they’re willing to walk away from a deal they don’t feel really good about. That might very well lead to disappointment for us, but it’s why they keep winning.
Really? Correa has always had injuries? Man I never knew that. I seem to remember him playing 162 games every year. He’s not the same hitter anymore.
