Because people that can’t go watch practice want to know how practice is going. Information is good. Why do you always knock anything that is different from what you prefer?
I'm not knocking anything, I'm just wondering what sort of info you're gleaning from text like: - Stroud INC to Christian Kirk from a muddy pocket - Brevin Jordan out for 5 - Drop from Brevin Jordan on a beautiful throw from C.J. Stroud that would have gone for 15-20 - Another coverage sack for the defense Not saying don't do it, not saying I care, I was just curious.
I don’t think you can get much from a single practice, but you can get something from repetitive mistakes. Regardless of the reason/play type. Metchie started off terrible and has been playing better, for example. Honestly, it’s just nice to have some football information. On that note, is anyone worried about CJ? Seeing a ton of people worried about how he’s looked in TC, like maybe he isn’t healthy. Im thinking our defense is just that good…..hopefully.
The only thing I worry about is getting in rhythm against such a good defense. He really needs some reps against a decent defense not maybe one of the best in NFL history
Are they doing a "dual camp week" with some other team this year? ie: "Fight Week" eta (revised): They're going to the Greenbriar in VWA again for a few days before their preseason game with the Vikings, doing one practice with the @Lions before their preseason game, and another with the Panthers at home before that game.
I'm "concerned" about this too. Seems like it would be hard for the offense to develop rhythm, timing and confidence if the defense (particularly the secondary) dominates them too much. The inexact analogy would be sparring partners for boxers, who offer resistance, but only to the point of helping the boxers sharpen up.
