Why go with a hook when a bat/club makes far more sense? These doctors and this medical team are so incompetent.
Sometimes you just have to give certain injuries 6 months to heal right! I had a shoulder issue one time. I researched it and I found that it would heel within 2 years in its own. But taking the surgery option it would be upwards of a year, with potential for other issues maybe arising. I then went to talk to my doctor and he told me the exact same thing. I let it heal on its own, and I was good in about 1 1/2 years leaving it alone. So for Alvarez, it seems that he just needs to leave it to heal on its own, though it may still take another 6 months. But seems surgery is not really an option considering the location of the injury.
