    @Os Trigonum

    Why did you start this thread? Is it a statement about climate change?

    Steve Miller is 81 years old.

    That's probably all the excuse he needs not to tour.

    Don't know how he and Mick Jagger manage it, anyway. That has to be some exhausting s*** for a much younger dude. Especially for Mick. Steve Miller just puts down the KFC and grabs the guitar and stands there. Mick is still strutting around.

    Inevitable use of gif:

    Who do you think would pre-sell more tickets? Steve Miller or Lee Greenwood?

    Summer of '95 (back from college), Cynthia Woods....it's kind of a "why wouldn't we go see this?"

    You may like him, you may not, you may suck...nobody cares. I also saw Jethro Tull there that summer, very weird talking to the old "Tull" fans on the hillside.

    Regardless...he put on a ridiculously great show, not just the "greatest hits" bs...he and his band could play some serious stuff too

    Some of these older bands sound terrible once they get in their 70s. They should just play holograms from their peak and hang out with the fans.

    Yes, it's a horrible song. It's the "shitty 80's song" that every single artist/group from the 70's made in the 80's and would like to forget.

    Fairly certain I was at that show...but much of the 90's is a drug induced blur.
