My guess the only reason they haven't signed with the Rockets yet because Houston has a lot of minutes committed to other players ahead of them on the depth chart. They probably would like to go to a team where they are guaranteed more minutes.
I was skeptical of the jump in this guy's 3-point percentage last year. I thought maybe he benefited from LeBron and then Luka drawing defenders and setting him up. But checking the stats, I see he actually shot better in Brooklyn than in L.A. So now I'm even more puzzled.
