As much as @Os Trigonum wants the Epstein Files to go away, the way he helped make NIH & NSF funding for cancer research and colleges & universities and the space program & USAID & millions of other things that the US needs to maintain a viable society go away....

....they are not going away. :(

not gonna lie, Trump going from “there is no list” to there is a list, but it was written by Obama, Hillary Clinton, and Biden is hilarious

the pedo in chief is floundering

U would’ve sworn Epstein was arrested with all evidence seized and later “committed suicide” when Joe Biden was president. U would’ve sworn we 1st heard about the client list from Joe Biden and Obama. Oh wait, all that happened under Trump

maga and trump fan this conspiracy for years, then put out binders just a few months ago that were rehashed old files, then say there are no lists, have maga and gop rage....................then a few calls over the weekend and folks like Charlie K now want the whole story to go away and then yesterday the gop BLOCKS the files from being released and trump states that it was written by Biden, Obama and Hillary ......................................LOL, I wasn't sure that trump was in the files, now I am 100% sure he is. I wonder what was promised to Kirk and folks like him to STFU.

But....But, what about the kids? IMO I don't give a rat's ass who is on it, if you can prove that anyone didlled a little kid, he/she can go to alligator Alcatraz and be gator bait.

This is about protecting the RICH............................next time maga talks about "the kids", we know its a lie, if they REALLY cared they would expose these people

Some conservatives in Congress break with Trump on his handling of the Epstein files

WASHINGTON — Some conservative Republicans in Congress are breaking with President Donald Trump's handling of the case of the late financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, the latest development in a rare MAGA revolt against the administration.

After the Justice Department and the FBI said they would not release any further information related to the case and Trump sought to downplay it, his allies on Capitol Hill kept up their calls for the government to release the Epstein files, which has consumed right-wing circles for years.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a far-right Georgia Republican and staunch Trump ally, said she was interested in a private viewing of the Epstein files at the Justice Department and wants all of them eventually released to the public.

“I’d like to see all the information come out,” said Greene, a member of the House Oversight Committee.

Another conservative, Rep. Scott DesJarlais, R-Tenn., also said he wants to see more disclosure from the government and focused his comments on Attorney General Pam Bondi, who has come under fire after the Justice Department and the FBI released a two-page memo stating they found no evidence Epstein had kept an “incriminating ‘client list’” or evidence that would lead to the prosecution of third parties.

“If the attorney general has knowledge of people who committed sex crimes with the minors, she should be prosecuting them,” DesJarlais told NBC News.

Meanwhile, Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., said Tuesday if the Trump administration doesn't release the Epstein files, a special counsel should be appointed to investigate the Epstein-related crimes.

"Moving forward, we need a special counsel. That has got to happen. There has to be a special investigation into this if we aren't going to be provided information, " Boebert said on the conservative "Benny Show."

"I want answers, and maybe that takes that special counsel to do. So maybe Matt Gaetz can lead the special counsel," Boebert added, referring to the former Florida congressman.

Sen. John Kennedy, R-La., said Americans expect more accountability from Trump given Epstein’s heinous crimes and that others were involved.

“I think it’s perfectly understandable that the American people would like to know who he trafficked those women to and why they weren’t prosecuted,” Kennedy said.

“I think the Justice Department is going to have to go back to the drawing board in answering those questions.”

But top Republicans, including House Speaker Mike Johnson, of Louisiana, and Senate Majority Leader John Thune, of South Dakota, are deferring to Trump on the issue without criticizing him.

“It’s the president’s decision,” Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, said.

Asked if he has concerns about how Trump’s team has handled the Epstein files, House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, replied: “I trust the president. I trust his team.”

Pressed Tuesday about his administration's handling of the Epstein case, Trump defended Bondi, saying she has "done a very good job" and that he trusted her decision.

“She’s handled it very well, and it’s going to be up to her,” Trump told reporters. “Whatever she thinks is credible, she should release.”

Epstein, a wealthy financier, died by suicide in his New York City jail cell in 2019 as he awaited trial on federal sex trafficking charges. Last month, amid fallout between Trump and billionaire Elon Musk over the GOP's massive domestic policy bill, Musk wrote on his social media platform X that Trump, without any evidence, “is in the Epstein files” and “That is the real reason they have not been made public.”

Musk later deleted the post. And while Trump and Epstein knew each other, Trump has never been implicated in Epstein’s abuse of underage girls. The president also has denied any wrongdoing, saying in a post last year, “I was never on Epstein’s Plane, or at his ‘stupid’ Island.” There has never been any evidence connecting Trump to Epstein’s criminal behavior.

Democrats have seized on the rare split in the Republican Party, echoing criticism on the right of Trump and his team’s handling of the Epstein episode.

“In February of this year, Attorney General Pam Bondi acknowledged the existence of Jeffrey Epstein’s client list. In fact, she said that Jeffrey Epstein’s client list is ‘sitting on my desk right now,’” Rep. Ted Lieu of California, a member of the Democratic leadership team, said at a news conference Tuesday morning.

“Where is that client list? What is Attorney General Pam Bondi, hiding?" Lieu said. "She needs to release the Epstein files as soon as possible.”

Bondi later clarified that she had meant the Epstein case file, not his client list, was sitting on her desk.

On Monday night, Democrats offered an amendment in the House Rules Committee to require a floor vote on releasing the Epstein files. Republicans, who control the Rules panel, voted it down 7-5.

Notably, Rep. Ralph Norman, R-S.C., a member of the conservative House Freedom Caucus, voted for the Democratic amendment. And another HFC member, Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas, didn’t vote.

Yes- this is all logical and sensible, and a decade ago this would be a logical move. However we are past this at this point. We are in the gonzo political stage at this point. We have a President with dementia running for second term, the son of a President smoking crack with a w**** in pictures in a tabloid. We have a corrupt, twice impeached wannabe fascist manipulating the stock market for fun, a rapist Secretary of Defense and the increased power of a masked secret police that does what the President wants. Do you really expect Congress to do anything except vote down partisan lines? The Supreme Court is on important issues - you better believe Congress will. Besides - at this point, for all we know they are “making” the Epstein list as we speak.

Alternate facts has lead to purposeful break down of the government and institutions and this is where we are at - teetering on a Banana Republic where being born in the USA doesn’t even determine if you are “really American”.

There’s little doubt remaining that dip$hit is on the list or we wouldn’t be having this covfefe.

There’s little doubt that dip$hits minions are scrubbing, deleting, and editing the files to remove him.

There’s little doubt that Elon has an original unedited copy.

LMFAO The Dersh was getting unmonitored massages with his good friend Epstein in Florida. According to Epstein staff, Dersh would go into the room and not come out for long periods of time… He also wrote a vigorous defense of eliminating the age of consent.

He was a guest at Epstein Island as well.

Dersh is a piece of **** - it is like having Himmler write an opinion piece on concentration camp accommodations.

It’s amazing he isn’t in prison.

Since @Os Trigonum doesn't have a WIRED subscription and they have - btw, been ABSOLUTELY KILLING IT - on the Trump/DOGE/Epstein beat , I will post the relevant excerpts

In response to detailed questions about how the video was assembled, WIRED sent a request for comment to the Department of Justice at 7:40 am on Tuesday morning. Just two minutes later, Natalie Baldassarre, a public affairs officer for the DOJ, replied tersely: “Refer you to the FBI.” The FBI declined WIRED’s request for comment.

On Friday, WIRED published an analysis of metadata embedded in the video, confirmed by independent video forensics experts, which indicates that the file was assembled from at least two source clips, saved multiple times, exported, and then uploaded to the DOJ’s website, where it was presented as “raw” footage.

WIRED’s initial analysis found that those saves took place over a 23-minute span; however, further analysis of additional metadata shows the file was actually edited and saved several times over a period of more than three and a half hours on May 23, 2025. Specifically, the file was created at 4:48 pm and last modified at 8:16 pm ET that day. The metadata also references “MJCOLE~1,” which is likely a shortened version of a longer username. While it likely begins with “MJCOLE,” the full name cannot be determined from the metadata alone.

Both analyses found that the two clips, labeled “2025-05-22 16-35-21.mp4” and “2025-05-22 21-12-48.mp4,” were stitched together. The first clip is 4 hours, 19 minutes, and 16 seconds long, but only the first 4 hours, 16 minutes, and 23.368 seconds appears in the published version, meaning nearly 2 minutes and 53 seconds were cut from the end. According to the metadata, the cut occurs just at 11:58:58 pm. The cut is milliseconds before the one-minute recording gap that Bondi said was caused by a quirk of the surveillance system. The second clip, “2025-05-22 21-12-48.mp4,” picks up immediately afterward, continuing the footage from 12:00:00 am until 6:40:00 am.

My takeaway here is that we need to FIND MJCOLE asap, if we're going to get to the bottom of this. Can bonginbro & Kash do it? Will they be allowed to?

How many of those saying they wanted the files voted not to release them ?

    All of them

There's only 1 Republican who voted to

I hope all of their young children and grandchildren are taken by ice imposters , raped , and that the perpetrators get off Scott free.

That is what they voted for

I re-followed a business associate of mine on social media, who I had unfollowed on social media because of her rampant fanatical Trump posts. She is now up in arms about the Epstein list. (there is an element of social media to our shared work)

    Yes, the hot/crazy matrix applies.

Trump said he once saw a 10 y/o on the elevator, and told that child he’d be dating her in 10 years

Who thinks about a 10 y/o girl that way?

Trump admitted to purposefully walking into the dressing room while little girl were changing clothes during his pageants

Trump said if Ivanka wasn’t his daughter, he’d be dating her…the TV host he was talking with then asked him what he and Ivanka had in common, and he answered “sex”

Imagine if u were talking to a friend and they said that sh*t about their own daughter. What would your reaction be?

but this is who republicans grovel for on their hands and knees worshipping
