Honestly, maybe I'm getting older, but really not interested in it. Saw a few minutes of it and just didn't capture me. I'm not sure if it's good or bad, just simply apathetic right now. I'm sure I'll watch it at some point, but right now I'm feeling very "meh" about it.
Just saw it. Amazing. Superman was never one of my faves when it came to comic heroes. Its a little different now. Nice job Gunn.
I actually liked the new guy but not a fan of James Gunn. Would’ve been nice to find a middle ground between this and man of steel Really wish this new guy had a better script and movie. The kaiju scene is the primary example why I dislike Gunn. Krypto was too much Man of Steel is up there with Dark knight, spider man 2 for me so I might be biased but really not a fan of James Gunn having control of DC now
I've heard mixed reviews so far, some love it, some hate it, some think it's mediocre. I think I'm just going to skip this one in the theaters, I guess I'm just not in the market for another Superman movie or another James Gunn movie. Maybe I'll be more in the mood for that kind of thing later, but it just sounds unappealing at the moment.
Man of steel was decent only because of Cavil. However it was ruined by all the trash Zack Snyder made after. The universe needed a reboot and this was it. This felt like a comic or cartoon which is what the franchise needed. I wish my nephew who was there biggest Superman comic fan was alive to see it.
He hit them MAN OF STEEL numbers this weekend The Movie was severely Mediocre to me I like Mr. Terrific Spoiler Loved his Yondu Rip off scene Guy Garder was good. . . always like Fillion Superman was like the 3rd wheel in his own movie I just cannot get past that (4th if you include Krypto) Spoiler the Supergirl post credit was wack Rocket River Let's see what the Fantastic Four does
Been a couple days since seeing it and the more I digest the movie the more I dislike it I actually really like the new Superman and dude who played Lex but James Gunn ruined it with poor script and story. The kaiju scene still kills me Feels more like a Saturday morning live action cartoon than a real movie. You don’t have to be Zack Snyder serious but he went way to far with the cartoon feel I wouldnt go out of my way to recommend it. Luckily I was high. Probably wouldn’t like it sober lol
