Doesn't have much to do with looks. Buy a 21 yr old (My age it was legal to drink at 18) sit down find out if y'all like each other and the rest is considered fun. Of course as Mickey Gilley (RIP) once sang all of the girls look prettier at closing time.
What happened after Me2 was that a lot of those blurry cases where you don't know what is going on are considered potential rape cases. And a light goes on, and those females are suddenly remembering the past and digging up their past ....... And if it was a famous athlete or entertainer involved, you can bet they are going to remember a lot more and going back at them harder.
It certainly appears that way. The one thing I cant stand is athletes/other people in positions of power using their positions of power to take advantage of people.
There's a difference between drunk, consenting adults and a blacked-out woman sleeping on a couch who wakes up to a man raping her
Are you implying McLemore spiked her drink or something, dayum.....he could face 15 years instead of 8 if that were the case. As a NBA player, not a good one, but still, I don't think he is that desperate. I presume he also slapped her or attacked her hence the sexual attack charges.
I may be in the minority here, but I'll always remember Kobe as a SO. If the penalty for a crime is a fine it's legal for the rich.
I don't think there is any single viable evidence that suggests he raped that woman. 8 years man geez.. thats cruel. They were both drunk, they had sex thats what i truly believe. If he thought he was guilty he would not return back to USA. His life is ruined because he got drunk and had sex with another drunk woman. Kobe on the other hand, did forcefully rape a woman
He literally admitted that they didn't speak. I don't get what is wrong with some of you. He raped her. His life is ruined because he's an idiot and raped a woman. So, you know what happened with Kobe (because you probably don't like him) but McLemore gets the benefit of the doubt? That's laughable
Ben McLemore reacted to being sentenced to 100 months in prison after being found guilty on rape and sexual assault charges, stressing that ‘this fight is not over’. On Friday afternoon, the 32-year-old guard shared his views and determination to challenge the decision via a post on his Instagram account. “I want to start by saying that this has been one of the most painful and humbling moments of my life. I know there are people hurting, and I want to acknowledge the weight of everything that has happened. My heart goes out to everyone who has been impacted, and I mean that sincerely. I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who has stood by me, believed in me, and offered their love and support through this incredibly difficult time. Your encouragement has been a source of strength that I cannot fully put into words. Ben McLemore: I want to be clear: I maintain my innocence. I have never violated anyone, and I will never stop fighting to prove that. I believe in truth, and I believe that justice is still possible. This fight is not over. I remain committed to clearing my name and pursuing the justice I know is possible. To my mother – I am so sorry. I know this has hurt you deeply, and the pain you’re carrying weighs heavily on my heart. You’ve been my rock through every stage of life, and I carry a heavy heart knowing this has brought you sadness. Please know that I’m doing everything I can to make you proud again. Your strength, your love, and your faith in me mean more than I can ever express. EuroHoops.net
