I'll just note that armed folks who refuse to identify themselves and insist on covering their faces are literal secret police. Add to that, they they try to keep info about their arrests and confinement facilities a secret even as they give cutesy names to concentration camps. We have a secret police force in the US that is about to get significantly larger.
To your point, Homan is saying the next big operation will be in Portland. The people that run ICE are hoping for a major confrontation and intentionally putting ICE in a position to make that happen. And it will and people will die in the streets.
