Man, if you’re going with Houston written like that then either do it in the original championship font or something cooler. It’s mind boggling how we keep messing up the font and lettering on almost every single jersey, design and marketing since we went with the Pacers one. I can blame Adidas for those “revolution 30” jerseys which is when we changed it, 2012 iirc, but we’ve had a slight redesign and still messing up.
KD extension has to be the last item on the docket because how much KD's cap number be will affect what they can do in the upcoming offseasons. So they will need to finish the other moves so they'll know their monetary situation going forward. I am mostly certain they have a number guaranteed to KD, but how they are going to distribute that amount is still in question. There may be a partially guaranteed 3rd year or something that the Rockets plan to just eat in order to lower the cap number in years 1 and 2 for instance.
I think everything of note is done except KD and Tari's extension. I expect KD's extension is agreed on before Tari's.

Apachewarrior for one as he explicitly stated he would do after Jalen was traded. Other Greentards are still around, you're right, but they must be depressed and rather quiet lately as they show a heavily diminished post count. It's cleaned up the GARM greatly lol
