Lol.... Absolutely dominate and sweep the dodgers, then end an opposing team's 10 game losing streak....

Blue Jays are the only team that has been as hot as the Astros and they’re right on our heels.

    Embarrassing night of pitching.

This team was averaging less than two runs a game for the last several games

Bad loss after a wonderful run. There were Astro players at the plate that I had never heard of. The Astros decided that a day of rest was more important.

    CLE ace.

Extremely depleted line up no Meyers, Walker, Yordan, Pena etc etc

    One of our quasi starters.

    Oh well

I was hoping to see Trammell tie Cedano's record with 10 outs, and wouldn't you know it ended up being a home run instead.

    I have two kids.

Never said I have a problem with him taking time off. A couple of games seems reasonable. Like I said the all-star break starts on Monday where he would have an additional four days off.

And I would have no problem with him missing the whole series. The birth of a child (especially the first time) is one of the greatest experiences a person can experience (as well as the birth of any additional children). It’s a HUGE blessing and nothing should keep you from missing it. Like I said I have two children and every single time I think about their birth it makes me smile.

That said, the guy is being paid millions of dollars to play a game. He couldn't miss this series, take Mon through Thur off, be back for the Texas series, and then be back with his family Sunday night through Friday morning of next week and catch a flight to Seattle?

This plus the Dodgers getting blown out in Milwaukee always makes a loss easier to stomach. It's a shame the Yankees didn't lose too but they didn't play ;-)

Maybe having someone hit in the head to continue pitching was a bad idea

Can we please realize Gordon is the weakest link and demote to long innings relief guy. Thanks

Neris was fine. Okert should have come in with a clean inning for the 6th though. No reason to stretch Gordon when we battled back to tie the game.

Not gonna lie I never like facing teams on a long losing streak, it's baseball and it's not bound to continue.

Felt like a letdown might be coming but this was especially annoying after getting it tied up at 4.

Starter gave up too many and the bullpen has a rare 'un'perfect night.

1-4 batters had one hit in 16 ABs. Cam is in a mini-slump but still confident.

    Win the next 2

Yeah that 2 run double less than an inch from Paredes’ glove was a kick in the nuts. 2 out, 2 strike, 2 run double. Ouch.
