WOW, I expected us to LWW, then after we won game one, I thought we would WWL...................but we go WWW, this is the most satisfying beat down of the year, I absolutely hate the Dodgers and who better then to kick their ass then the MAN Jose Altuve, all the boos on Saturday with that crowd was magical.......................please, please, please keep booing him, he feeds off of it. Skenes was absolutely dealing and then the Pirates took him out of the game early because they want him to be rested for his All-Star start. Even the Mariners fans were confused. They face the scuffling Yankees starting tomorrow.
True, but they were playing the Pirates so kind of expected. Here's the other way of looking at it: the Mariners shutout the Pirates all 3 games that series and thoroughly dominated... and yet did not gain a single game in the division because the Astros swept the Dodgers in LA! I guarantee you Mariners fans were licking their chops going into the weekend after looking at those matchups.
