Was just kidding of course….like all of us you have been wrong on occasions. Believe it or not, I am 100% agreeing with you about Cam. You don’t give away talent like that. He is one of the few who can average over 25 points a game (if given the opportunity Jalen had)!and has done so in his limited starts. We’d be criminally insane to trade him for late picks or simply waive him when we still have Jeenethan (who’s awful) under contract.

 

Jalen Green is the latest, said he wasn't worth the number 2 pick and we should take Mobley.

I had Amen Thompson at number 2 on my draft board.....

People conflate arguments with me, about role players in the past, but most of those were situational and more of a "I want to see them get a shot" because someone else sucked...Vspan/Rafer etc....

Cam is the ONLY player I have said is going to be good, and I believe all -star when it is all said and done.......could I be wrong, of course.....but I also see flaws in Ime that are a red flag......

And to me, Cam is a true COMPETITIVE DOG - and you build around those pieces - you don't let them walk......he and Amen together would be incredible IMHO.....and he has a VERY HIGH IQ - he just has too much personal value on scoring - that is just a lack of maturity, but his competitiveness is like very very few.....he wants to MASH people not just win.....and those are generally GREAT players.

Anyway.....you don't agree, it's ok.....we are all not going to agree.

There was a time in my life when KD was on the nets and I’d pray for KD body breakage for our nets picks.

Now I’m glad he’s relatively held up.

 

Reminds me of when Del Harris benched Kobe for his first 2-3 years. Del was a respected coach like Ime but was horribly wrong. If we let go of Cam for peanuts or straight waivers him, then Ime will have to live with the same torture and embarrassment that Del did. Guy only makes 3 million minimum….just keep him for a bit longer to make sure you’re not giving up a future all-star at the age of 20!!!

 

Kd does not care about CAM lol. Relax. Stone will do whats best for his team.

Cam is not an "Ime type" player. I wouldn't be surprised if he plays well on a tanking team.

If he turns out to be something special, only Stone is left to blame.
