Please just trade him to the Hawks then. Do not send him to a Western Conference team, especially the damn Lakers.
I am on the don't trade Whitmore side and if they do please god send him to the east and not a western team where maybe the rockets have to face Whitmore 3 or 4 times a season plus maybe having to face him in the playoffs. Cause if he blows up the rockets won't hear the end of it. Anyways Whitmore for at least 1 more season please. KD isn't the iron man Green is. So Cam could be a good backup insurance.
Everybody afraid of Cam on the Lakers - - let's see he sucks at catch & shoot 3's and defending which is really the formula around Doncic , and he's not Kyrie or Brunson in terms of shot creating. But sure he's going to go there and BEAST. I ain't scared.

Jesus, the Lakers get another top tier talent for basically nothing. They are getting lucky rebuilding with Lebron still on the team. Cam would do very well as a guy next to Luka the way he takes off on rebounds Luka would find him at the rim all game long....and he is a great 3pt shooter 40% from 3pt from December onwards last year. Really really making a mistake here, especially if Durant goes down. DD

No matter how athletic and good of a scorer Cam is, the issues lie in his head..dude zones out at times like he's from another planet... His issues are deeper than people think from watching a game or two where he goes off..

I agree, but given his talent, this is not a situation where u just give him away to be nice. A year ago we easily could have gotten a 1st rounder for him. We have to recoup some value.
