If i was Cam, having to sit there and watch Jalen brick shots, running into clogged lanes, throwing bad bail out passes that go out of bounds, make bad passes, take bad shots game after game. I'd be PISSED lol

But I have to admit Cam's defence was pretty bad, but it wasn't so bad that he didn't deserve playing time.

From watching jt gatlins latest video I got the impression that Cam's camp is pushing for the trade.

Not sure if this has been posted yet, but LockedOn Bulls is saying the proposal being considered is Ayo for Cam and Nate Williams. Ayo in the last year of his deal but could definitely return value as a player asset. Good defender but not a great shooter. But he’s another guard who can handle the ball. At this point I’d prefer Ayo over 2nd round picks. But the salary numbers don’t match up so not sure how this would work.

Ayo is coming off a shoulder/ back injury. DFS is also coming off ankle surgery. KD is fit now, but he also hurt his ankle. Why are the Rockets chasing injured players? They seem to be desperate. Smh.

Since Indy is completely out of contending after Halliburton's injury and Myles Turner leaving to get paid, how about this:

Cam & Jock for TJ McConnell

McConnell is a perfect Udoka player and a perfect fit for this team. He plays point but can play off the ball at the 2 in a small ball lineup. Very gritty defender and a hell of a scorer when tasked with it.

    Get'r dun Stoner!

Ayo would be a great pickup for us.
    • 6'4" with a 6'10" wingspan
    • Plays tough D and hustles nonstop
    • Unselfish and 3:1 assist to turnover ratio last year
    • 50% FG% and will attack the basket
    • Can get you 12-15 ppg
    • Streaky from 3pt land but still 36% career 3pt%

I think the CC trade with the Hawks will be expanded to include D. Plowman for Whitmore.

Plowman is going to turn 27 in August. He's 6'6" and 215 lbs. A SF/SG. He scored 7.2 points with a 64 FG percentage, 1.2 rebounds and 0.3 assists lol. I don't know who many games he played for the Hawks, because he played in the G- League too. I don't know if he's a good defender.

I think you meant Plowden. Daeqwon Plowden. The kind of name only a single black mother could conjure up.

Thanks for the correction of his spelling. Do you know more about his capabilities as a player?

I wish, this is exactly the type of player we need. I truly don’t understand why we had agreement with Capela to be the backup for our backup C, before locking in on a decent guard backup for Fred.

I’d ship DD and Plowman with Cam.

Lakers are likely interested in acquiring Cam, but Rockets asking price is two future seconds.

He is now their starting PG. It would take that and at least one of the Phoenix picks if not 2.

If Cam is traded, make sure it’s to an eastern conference team.

The harsh reality is Cam is probably gone on July 7th. I wish him the best, but I don't think he got a fair shake, while here. Yeah his mentality may have been off, but I don't understand how Tate would get minutes before Cam. Especially when we needed offense off the bench last year. I watched Jalen put up bad shot after bad shot last year. Then in the playoffs, looked like he was shell shocked. Cam Whitmore could have been similar to Vinny Johnson. The microwave came off the bench for instant offense for the Pistons. The current Rockets are similar to the Jeff Van Gundy Rockets. 7 man rotation in the playoffs. No offensive sets and low scoring games. It is what it is. I wish him the best, but talent wise I think Cam had almost equal level of talent as Green. He should have been given a similar leash.
