I was driving home last night and 610 was talking about the possibility of him being out all year and I was like GTFO with that, but the more I think about it and the way the Astros have botched this whole process up, I am not going to be shocked if that's the case. Were only halfway to the post season and a lot of ball to play, I can only hope we get the bat we need and we have different teammates step up at different times................and please Baby Jesus, don't let Walker be on this bad of a decline........I really need him to be a spark, great D but he cant seem to catch up to the elite fastballs, one other thing, he is by far the unluckiest hitter on the team getting BS calls for strikes when there clearly not. I was never a huge proponent to get rid of the home plate ump doing balls and strikes but I would not be mad if he was just there and the computer called balls and strikes, every ump has a different strike zone, lets level the playing field
Good for Tags to explain what the 60-day IL does. He probably got sick of all the fake baseball fans panicking.
I really don't understand batting Paredes ahead of Meyers at the top of the order. Also, there's a Whitcomb sighting in the lineup
Ya no idea why Meyers isn't batting first. The guy seems allergic to driving in runners, might as well have him bat 1st.
This is a must win. Can't let this one slip away with poor defense, one bad pitch, a bullpen meltdown or lack of clutch hitting.
HB is pitching easy 1-0 victory probably score that run in the 1st inning so you can relax the rest of the game.
I'm excited to watch this must win July 2nd game in Colorado. Astros must win to stay at least 7 games up on Seattle or else...
They have the same OBP...why wouldn't you want the guy with speed in front of the guy who takes more pitches and hits with power and hits with men on base? Paredes'll take the same number of pitches in either spot so I don't see the point there.
