He is just about to turn 21 - he has time. Cam will be like Drazen Petrovich, Dale Ellis, Steve Nash - all players that left due to circumstances and become stars elsewhere. DD
The chemistry between FVV and DFS will be pretty good. Our PGs will love him. Visualize when FVV comes off that screen, DFS is going to create space at the 3-point line. Fred isn't diving to the rim; Sengun is probably in the paint anyway. Durant is spacing the floor, and if you help off Amen, he's cutting to the rim for the dunk. The only question is whether Fred can make that easy jump shot. We know Sheppard will.
It'll be pretty close. Cam Whitmore is an Aries Moon. Aries Moon people are leaders and will fight to win and be on top no matter who doubts them. And Yes, Aries Moon people will speak up and won't take people's BS. LeBron is also an Aries Moon and we all have seen how LeBron and Ime Udoka clash and bark at each other, this is what's happening behind closed doors between Cam and Ime. Cam sees himself as a leader and a Star, which he is, and Ime isn't having any of it. Famous Aries Moon Athletes: Tom Brady (Leo Sun, Aries Moon), LeBron James (Capricorn Sun, Aries Moon), CJ Stroud (Libra Sun, Aries Moon), Tua Tagovailoa (Pisces Sun, Aries Moon), Jaylen Brown (Scorpio Sun, Aries Moon), Zaccharie Risacher (Aries Sun, Aries Moon), Damian Lillard (Cancer Sun, Aries Moon) Yordan Alvarez (Cancer Sun, Aries Moon) and Cam Whitmore (Cancer Sun, Aries Moon). Bonus: These 2 Aries Moon players just got drafted, and I believe they will undoubtedly be Stars too; Dylan Harper (Pisces Sun, Aries Moon) and Ace Bailey (Leo Sun, Aries Moon). Ace Bailey is already causing a dust storm because he didn't want to go to the Jazz, but someone spoke some sense into him. Ace Bailey is still a kid, but he will mature and be a Star, almost same situation as Cam Whitmore. If you feel you are great, would you want your boss silencing you and sitting you on a bench to rot your career? F* NOO. There are more Aries Moon athletes; this list is just off the top of my head.
I think they will not trade Cam unless the deal is fantastic. Perhaps they're dangling him to see what his value is right now. I would bet he wises up a bit this season. If he's so desperate for attention, he can pout, but it's best for both sides if he finds a way to stay on the court.
Cam has a lot of growing up to do. He is years away from being a productive (winning) NBA player. There was always going to be fallout. Him and Jalen were the odd men out. He might prove to be a winner somewhere but he is too far down the depth chart to do that here.
I think the picture with the two girls was at the team hotel. Maybe Ime punished him for that. I honestly like the tough love Ime has given him but I hope it results into him growing as a man/player. Maybe then he’ll see why Ime did what he did
Don't know about Arias moon, but I think that is his personality type and he had to sit and watch a cream puff Jalen Green **** up all year and still play, had to be super frustrating. But Jalen wasn't going to challenge Ime - and that may be the issue - Ime wants it to be about Ime, when GREAT coaches want it to be about the players..... Good ones, with massive EGOs make it about themselves and rarely win rings. DD
I'm guessing they really want to get under the tax so they are actively trying to deal Cam. Or Cam's team just wants out to a team with more opportunities.
What a surprise the same whispers heard in college, pre draft and now in the nba about his attitude continue to exist. Cam needs self reflection. It’s also funny how some on this thread, with peak delusions, want to make this about ime. Cam will be moved and I hope he looks in the mirror during his next stint and figures it out,
Damn, I get why they would want to move him. You need everyone on board with the program, was hoping they could work it out as he's the youngest player on the team. If Cam is in the right situation this could look like a really bad move in hindsight. We better win which would make it all worth it, because gambles either pay off or you pay the price. We'll see what happens over the next few years.
I don't get this whole "needs a chance" schitick.... The dude was drafted into the NBA and gets access to NBA level coaching and training which in turn gives him the expectations....... gets a million plus contract which can also be used to hire outside trainers, nutritionists, etc. Cam just doesn't get it. Maybe it will work with a different team, but that's how it works out sometimes.
See, Kobe was like that, and Phil Jackson got him to grab an oar and row with the rest of the team - this is my biggest issue. Cam is a KILLER competitor, he wants to not only win but CRUSH the opponent - same as Amen, you KEEP players with that fire, you don't move them on....they are what separate winning from losing at an elite level. We literally had to watch a SOFT ASSED Jalen Green all year - why not put Cam in over him and see? Jalen was a WUSS.......never going to lead anything he is just a follower. DD
If Ime is punishing him for chasing p*ssy, it is completely ironic and moronic. I think it is more about Cam challenging his authority and sending a message to the rest of the team about effort.
