I didn't think the Rockets had the salary to trade for Giannis, but I was wrong; according to Spotrac, Sengun, Whitmore, and Landale for Giannis would work. I wonder how many additional picks it would take to make that happen.
I don’t blame him, but if that’s the case Jabari could serve as a stretch five in that lineup. Regardless, Sengun, Giannis and Amen do not fit together. I’m skeptical of Giannis’ fit with what the Rockets currently have, unless he embraces playing center, or the Rockets also have plans to get a Myles Turner like player at center. Because Jabari Smith Jr. can’t be a stretch five, full time.

You can’t start three non three-point shooters in the same lineup and have a good modern offense. Amen would have to develop a three-point shot in a hurry, and you would have to play Jabari next to Giannis a lot. Basically, Giannis needs to embrace playing center.
KD has been a big fan of Sengun, and the younger Rockets in general. It would be a bit surprising he would come to Houston and be ok with them trading away the guys he came to play with.
