Now do defensive rating. You just showed your bias. Like I said, you don’t know ball or anything remotely about athleticism.
Had Horford, Williams, Theis & Kornet in Boston, so probably Ime just being Ime Actually, I’m starting to see his “vision” (from his lone season in Boston) Guards: Smart, White, Pritchard … Fred, Amen, Reed Forwards: Tatum, Brown, G.Williams, Nesmith, Hauser … Durant, Jabari, Tari, DFS, Tate Bigs: Horford, R.Williams, Theis … Sengun, Adams, Capela
Well, this transaction wasn't in my tarot cards last night. Wth. Anyway, I remember when we drafted Clint, everybody was saying he needed to put on weight and was too skinny to be a good center. I think he was around 220 lbs at the time. He's plumped up nicely. lol.
I like this signing for the fact that Adams sits back to backs. Now you can also see the possibility of a Sengun Capela double big line up. Sengun throwing lobs to Capela.
lol I want to see Sengun run with Giannis.........not a chance he keeps up. Why can't he guard Giannis when they play each other?
I think the point of swapping Landale with Capela is obviously rebounding. Rockets want to further dominate the O-Reb & Improve D-Reb. Capela avg 14 reb per 75 pos, compared to 15.3 for Steven Adams (Landale at 9.7). Along with Jabari, we are not losing the rebounding battle, ever lol. Imagine winning the possession battle night after night AND having KD, an improved spacing overall, AND improvement from the young guys lol.
I don't want a Gianni's trade because I thinj that's too far in the balance of competing now vs growth. But upgrading landale to capela (if this is all this is) is very good
LOL I wasn’t necessarily comparing their games/styles. I’m over here complaining about no guards, no guards, sign a guard. Well, turns out he only had 3 guards in Boston too.
And it’s not just about getting Giannis, because once you trade for him you have to construct a whole roster around him which is going to involve more maneuvering, more trades and more time.
