Will the rockets trade back into the draft?

    I absolutely hate it when my team doesn't have a draft pick. :(

    Agree with the adding rookie scale contracts, but let me push back a little on our late 1st Rd success. BTW, I love Eli and he nailed the Sengun and Eason picks, but in 2021 I really wanted Grimes in late 1st (UofH homer) and we passed on him for 2 guys out of the league now. The very next draft (2022) we had a chance to draft Nikola Jovic (my target with that late pick), but we traded down and took TyTy. So late first round we're 0-3 in the last few years.

    As far as 2027 pick I'm not sure the Nets would be as interested in 2029 or others, but it's worth a try.
