Both teams from what I hear are still planning moves. Rockets: Possibly Westbrook back with Rockets, VanVleet might be out. Suns claim several teams are interested in Beal trade. Considering Dame (Bucks) x Beal (Suns) I'm hoping for LaMelo/Mark Williams x Beal or Nic Claxton/Cameron Johnson x Beal. Should be an interesting year, I'm hanging out at Texans/Astros on CF's, I shall go radio silent concerning Rockets from this point.
Jalen not on the team anymore We got KD Didnt gove up any of the valuable young guys AND we dont have to see your Rockets posts anymore?!?! Somebody pinch me! Just kidding...kinda...i am glad i dont have to see your kalen takes anymore. Good luck with the Suns.
We need to stop it with the franchise threads. It's annoying. The joke is old. Now get off my lawn. Just say no to Westbrook. We already have a better-shooting wrecking ball of questionable bball IQ on the team and his name is Cam Whitmore--and he has more potential to prove he doesn't see the court on Westbrook's level. He's all we need of that archetype. Plus, I don't want a Westbrook franchise thread. I might have to kick a puppy or something.
Curry has other hating to face.....namely that he torched the Rockets for years, that is traumatic. But he fits all the 30 teams like a glove bc of what he does best.
I don't think he is washed but he had much better Win Share numbers when he was younger for obvious reasons. Also his top opponent teams are much better and younger now than he is..... I think this is the most important factor, the West has become a lot tougher since his OKC and GSW days. He could score 40 and still lose games.....
KD is basically imagine if every Jalen Green "see told you he's going to be a future star" game was every game.
Surprised it took a day to start this thread. Without a doubt it's the first one of these that is factually accurate and cannot be disputed by any of us. Well done OP!
It's because Steph has championship DNA. Kevin Durant has "run to another team when things don't go your way" DNA.
Those "franchise player" threads were meant to poke fun at Sengun being the franchise guy. But the more these threads pop up, the more it feels like Sengun’s locked in as the face of the franchise for the next 15+ years lol.
I don't think he is anymore, and he can't carry a team - what he can do, is be a sniper and a pure scorer......but he isn't that do it by yourself superstar anymore. And I don't want us to go get players like Harden etc......Brooklyn already tried that...... Houston, should just work on getting people that can shoot, and fill in around whatever offense/defense Ime wants to run. Honestly, I have loved what Stone has done to date, but I worry that he might try too hard to go all in and screw it up by tossing away future stars for role players. DD
